Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Artists must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the U.S. Entries must be original, entirely the work of the entrant, executed within the last two years, and without the supervision of an instructor. Entries must not be copies,
derivatives, or based in any way on other copyrighted or published paintings or photographs.
Conditions
Entries will be juried from slides. Awards will be judged from original works or art. Work in two- and three-dimensional including photography is eligible. Two-dimensional work may not exceed 50 inches in either dimension. Artist may not
substitute another work for an accepted work, alter the work or the sales price, nor withdraw the work after it has been accepted.
Slide Entries
A maximum of three entries per artist may be submitted for juring.
Up to three slides may be submitted per work. Your slides must be 35mm, color, in a standard 2"x2" mount. No glass slides or unusually thick mounts will be accepted. No tape or attached labels should be used.
Entry Fees
A non-refundable entry fee of $10 is required for each entry, payable to Cyber-Art Gallery. Entry postmarked deadline for slides, entry form and fees is accessible from the Juried Show main page. Please be sure to note the Juried Show
code, so that your entry is judged in the correct context.
Accepted Works
If your work is not accepted, slides will be returned in your SASE envelope. Although the utmost care will be taken in handling slides Cyber Art Gallery will not be responsible for damage or loss from any cause. Slides retained for
records if accepted.
Sales
Unless specified NFS, it is assumed that all work is for sale. Cyber Art Gallery is responsible for all sales, will collect sales tax and will retain 30% of the selling price for its services.
Promotion
Cyber-Art Gallery reserves the right to reproduce entries for the purposes of documentation, education and publicity.
